The girls' soccer team represents Lowell in the AAA league each spring. Beginning with the league's inception in 1993, Lowell has asserted its dominance, winning 18 of the past 20 championship titles, including the past 16 consecutively. In the 2013 season, the team was happy to welcome new head coach, Lindsay Kauffman, and assistant coach, Kierra Scalercio, to join Gene Vrana on the coaching staff. Along with the coaching change, the team also benefitted from the addition of 12 new players to the roster. The season ended successfully, with Lowell beating its rival Washington 8-1 in the championship game and out-scoring its opponents 88-3 in league play. The team plans to continue working hard and invites any interested players to join us in the 2014 season.
