Head coach John Donohue returns in 2014 for his 32nd year with the varsity baseball program. Following an immensely successful 2013 campaign that saw Lowell win both the AAA and Transbay titles, the team looks to repeat both feats while chasing JD's 700th career win. Lowell Baseball continues to enhance the swag of the Lowell community, a tradition passed on by graduated-turned-coaches Emil DeAndreis, Joe Bien-Kahn, Romeo Aurelio, and James Burke. 2013 was one of Lowell's most successful seasons in recent memory, with 27-6 overall record and going 13-1 in league play, shutting out Washington 7-0 in the city championship, and sweeping Oakland Tech in the best-of-three Transbayseries en route to becoming the state's second highest scoring team. Lowell Baseball's winning tradition continues as they sit ALONE atop the AAA.
